You know, blogging has really taken off hasn’t it? I was browsing around on searchingsolutions.com the
other day, and I stumbled across some impressive statistics that I think you’ll want to see:
28% of all blog visits in 2007 resulted in some sort of action (Email address collected – bought something etc.)
There are more than 15.5 million active blogs
120,000 new blogs are setup each day
More than 74 million blogs are tracked by Technorati
There are 1.5 million new blog posts made each day
WOW! Those figures are hard to ignore! Are you taking advantage of the web? In todays market-place, it’s getting to the point where you have to use the internet as a marketing tool if you want to play on a level playing field.
Anyhow, back to the purpose of this post. The video you see above is just a test. I’m building a nice library of training video’s I will begin posting to this blog beginning next week. With my brand spanking new video creation software, I wanted to try my hand at a short 90 second silent video before jumping in full blast.

Loan Officers – Stop Doing This!

Did you know that you have 86,400 seconds in each of your days? Nearly 24,000 of those are spent sleeping, and countless more are used up driving in traffic, responding to email, and other misc. tasks. We have a very limited time allotted to make great things happen in our lives and careers, so I imagine that it’s a given that we want to make the most of it.
With that being said, I’d like to point out that right this very moment, most loan officers are completely wasting their time with a particular marketing strategy. If you have considered closing more loans by working with real estate agents, then you really need to see this. Don’t continue wasting time with this flawed (Yet mysteriously popular) approach!
