I’m excited about the opportunity to receive a free web site; however, my focal point is more on the marketing structure and advice that your company will be able to provide. I personally believe that having a web site is nice, but learning multiple way to drive traffic to it is key…other wise is like winking in the dark.
    Again, thank you for the post; you hit many of the things most of us are guilty of doing due to fear of rejection.

  11. This is exactly in line with my thinking. I love getting out in front of a mob of realtors. Its way cheaper than taking them all out to lunch one at a time. But my biggest issue is the follow up involved. I’d love to have something that would simplify that process and keep my name fresh in there minds for days, weeks, and months after i’ve made that initial contact. This kind of coaching is priceless!! Thanks Chad

    In todays mortgage environment you MUST have purchase money business in order to survive and thrive… there is no denying this fact!

    The question then becomes: How do I go about it?

    Fortunately, this program has provided an immediate answer!

  13. I have had a website since 2003. I work very hard to build my site, keep it up to date, work with referral experts but I am not getting the push or results I want or need to consider that I have my website working for me as opposed to me working for my website.

    I have taken a number of classes but it seems more that someone is selling me something than me getting a tool that really delivers and adds to my pipeline stream.

    Hello Chad, I am so excited about your loan officer marketing lab. I am looking forward to using your expertise to re-establish my mortgage business. I have been a top producer for 3 out of the past 5 years leading up to 2007 and then my business just went flat. I have not had much success working with realtors and that is why I am so excited about your program because I am so recommited to my business now that I know I do not have to go look for another job because there are none and I am 65 yrs of age.     Great analogies on how to get in front of the market. I need a hand grenade! Wide, but targeted blast to my market. My company and I are very purchase-centric in our approach, but my company is new in my market. I need to make a troop surge to get past enemy lines. Once I am in, I can win the hearts and minds of my Realtor targets. Help me get past that front line!

I work for a small start-up and we don’t have the resources or technology to set up professional-looking websites ourselves, but we need to get moving before we miss the refi boom. Tapping into interest on the internet is the missing piece to the puzzle, and I would love the chance to be part of your program.

    One point I’ve understood for a while….in today’s market, an LO really does need a strong marketing plan that includes a web site. But not just any website. The problem is that there are a lot of “just any websites” out there and it seems I’ve tried most of them. If there really is a website/marketing program that truly is effective, I’d love to see it!

    Chad I spoke with Michael Maher today and he had good things to say about you and your program. I respect his opinion so thats good enough for me to throw my hat in the ring. I work for a local community bank and the web site leaves alot to be desiered so I have not promoted my web site. A new web site would be a great addition to my marketing program and I am always looking for new ways to contact my realtors. Currently most of my business is network marketing based and RECAMP.     I have a crappie website that has done nothing for me. I am looking forward to your help in overcoming this. The grenade idea is great how you get a person’s attention in this information overload society.

    Sanford uses a fake firecracker to get realtor’s attention. I like your idea better. I believe that you are right on target when you are looking at meeting with a group of realtors rather that 1 on one.

    I do have a thought that is contrary to that though. I think that the one-on-one would work if you would go to open houses. You have a captive agent that is just waiting and spinning their wheels waiting for a potential client to come through the door of the open house. You would have quality time to chat with them. I know this is not a new idea but is there a way to modernize it. I would like to hear your response to this.

    I is fun reading what new you have come up with. You are inventing yourself and your company. I look forward to the additional material that you are going to disseminate.

    Hello Dave,

    Yes, visiting agents hosting an open house can be a great way to secure a “captive audience.” A few of my loan officers did this:

    - Put together a Realtor Open House “KIT”
    They’d bring out a few sample Real Estate Under Construction newsletters, a customized business card with a link to the realtor training section of their website (With password) and a newspaper for when they got bored.

    The agents loved it, and most would visit the site and register for updates. Was a great meet and greet strategy to make an impression and chances were high the realtor would read the material while he/she were bored out of their minds…

    After working for a company that provided leads I’ve found it difficult to pick my business back up to a sustainable level. By being one of the trainees in the loan officer project i know that I can accomplish my goal of 8 units per month within 60 days. Once this goal is accomplished I will be able to take care of the necessities in life… Fun with family!

    Okay, just found out about your contest today, so am making my way through the videos. Just finished day 1 and find the content intriquing!!! Yes, I really need a website to “CLOSE MORE LOANS” and to “ESTABLISH REALTOR PARTNERSHIPS” with top producing realtors.

    What has worked in the past is not necessarily working any more and need to find some dramatic new changes to jumpstart my business anew!!

    I have been in the industry for several years and do fairly well but have not broken into the realtor area yet. I have had some marketing programs targeted toward realtors that had limited success but not to the degeree I would like. I feel the RIGHT website and marketed would really benefit me.

    Hi Chad. I just found out about this site a little late. I just reviewed your webinar…you have some valid points. I have read your 3 steps to making a marketing gernade. You have some great ideas, but I am wondering how you get past the front desk. We can’t do that here. Also, picking a website is very confusing…it seems noone has everything that you want, and they all claim to have the very best websites and technology. I really need a great mentor and someone that has a genuine interest in helping with the “right products” and marketing to avoid expensive costs and terrible mistakes! I look forward to your concepts!!!!

I am a loan officer that has been in the mortgage business several years. The reason I entered this industry is that I am an individual that truly loves what I am doing. It is an opportunity to help people. There is no better feeling than I can think of than knowing you have helped someone buy their first home,refinance them into a better interest rate or to have saved a family from losing their home. I hope that by being considered for your loan officer project, it will allow me to continue and help as many in this tough economy as possible and maintain the integrity that this industry so desperatly needs.   46. Got pointed to the LO Project. Your video hits the mark. We do all the “stuff” but get very few referrals. I have personal meetings with the Realtors and nothing ever comes of it. I’m definitely looking at how to build a more reliable referral source so that I can have a constant flow of referrals and I feel that a SEO web site is one component of that.

    Thanks for the information. I have been researching mortgage marketing for the past month to find a way to impact many instead of a few. I’ve heard some of the same things on other websites but yours was a little more genuine and you didn’t ask me to buy something at the end. So my curiosity has peaked. I currently work side by side with my brother who is a top REO agent and i have been receiving buyers leads from the listings and closing deals. My brother and i built his REO desk from nothing to now approaching 90 sales within one year. Now i want to do the same for my mortgage business. Looking forward to learning more.
