  1. Bob Libby says:

I need live people who are interested in purchsing a reverse mortgage. I know many people are doing research on the Web. In fact today on Reverse Mortgage Daily, one of the largest mortgagees was quoted as saying that most of their business is generated by their web site. I want some of this action. I am ready willing and able. I need the guidance to make it happen.
I think you’re going to give it to me.

  2. After, splurging for Click Banks, pay per click, loanbright leads, and Hud Leads, I wanted to create a website that would generate enough business forcing me to hire Jr. L.O.’s to run appointments and handle conditions. This training will help me market to a larger group and it’s the future of our business. Did I mention it’s free. I beleive I know alot, but I’m just not reaching the masses. This is a numbers game that I enjoy playing. I’m tired of rolling the diceand sitting at my computer going over the same leads trying to make it fit in the box. I need new leads and a jack in the box.

  3. Loved the pen idea – looking forward to the 5 day program in early March. Thanks for the insights.

  4. g. zeller says:

Thanks for this video / info., very helful.

  5. Phil Dennett says:

I need to be able to generate a large amount of business for my junior loan officer and processor team. I have always been a onesy twosy kind of a guy and now I want to close upwards of 30 loans per month. I need to become a serious marketing machine. I will be niching my team in the HOA and reverse mortgae arena. We intend to build our business from clients seriously interested in debt management as a preliminary step in the wealth building process. I will use the data base we build in future marketing efforts to create additional streams of income. Unfotunately, I am a marketing moron and you are my first building block to becoming that marketing machine. So far, you do not disappoint.

  6. The purpose for me being a part of this is to find a way to reach more seniors who are interested in the Reverse Mortgage.I live in a medium sized town with 2 other similar sized towns nearby. I hope to be able to attract traffic from those towns also. Seniors are getting very internet conscious. I think this venue will attract them to me instead of some national company that won’t service them properly.

  7. Doug Kaller says:

Hi Chad, We are always being told that if we want to be successful, we need to find someone successful in our industry and model what the successful individual is doing. I have been trying to model the leaders in our industry, implementing one strategy at a time. I need a good website to unleash the benefits of the strategies I’ve implemented. Like you said in your webinar, the template websites will not achieve the results I am after. I want to be able to upload informational videos and keep in contact with my Realtor partners and my prospects using drip campaigns. I also want to have a squeeze page to build my database. I hope to build a website that will provide valuable information, and set me apart as a professional and industry leader.

  8. Miguel Don says:

Hey Chad I am interested in participating in the loan officer project because based on what I have seen and heard so far I am impressed. I am very comfortable in front of groups and often do presentations to my local community. When I speak to industry professionals I usually start my presentation with a quote by Wayne Douglas Gretzky,or as he is known “The Great One”. Wayne was asked by a reporter what makes him so great. His answer was quite simple, “I skate to where the puck is going to be, not where it has been.” I have been in the Real Estate community for over 20 years and over the years I have made a very good living. Times have changed and I understand that in order to continue to work in a profession I love I need to adapt. I recognize that for my chosen profession, the Web is where the puck is going to be not where it has been! I am looking forward to working together with you in the loan officer project.

  9. Comments and video very much to the point. First task is to get past the gate keeper then be casual as you wander around office trolling for someone to chat with. Very difficult to rise above the crowd clamoring at the gate.
Looking forward to the sessions as I do both forward and Reverse. Prospects at opposite ends of spectrum so to speak. Different markets. I will be interesting to explore how my goals can be accomplished.
    Keep the good stuff coming.
    chuck

  10. I have been in the industry for 20 years. I implemented a website into my marketing in 1998. I upgraded the site several times and added what I thought to be great user friendly features. However, after many years and thousands of dollars, I have gained little traffic. I need to understand how to reach my potential clients and develop a website that will capture more than just cyber dust. I need your help! I am looking forward to the 5 day event.

  11. Corlis Dobson says:

    Chad,
Great imagery and concept. Thanks. You are exactly right, I’ve been beating my head against the wall for a long time now.
I am signed up for the LO Project beginning on March 3rd. Is there something you are doing separate from that as mentioned in the video or were you teasing for the LO Project?
Anyway, I am looking forward to the website presence and search engine placement. I want to be able to use that as leverage with the top producing RE agents. I want to be able to take “approved” buyer referrals to those I pick and choose.
    Thanks again for this opportunity.

  12. Kris Spevak says:

I am looking for an effective way to market to Realtor and generate a solid base for local business. Over the years I have spend thousands of dollars on leads from a variety of different mediums with little sustainable success. I am really looking forward to this LO Project to begin.

  13. I have had a website for many years–back when they weren’t yet prevalent. Got a fair amount of business then. As competition has grown we have updated the website but haven’t gotten very good results. Many of the realtors I have done business with over the years are out of real estate now–so I am in rebuilding mode. I need new fresh ideas to do get new realtors and I am hoping this project provides them.

  14. Chad, I’m excited to get started in the LO Project, so far your info has beeen right on target. Like most of us, I’ve spent literally thousands of dollars with different lead generation systems, realtor chasing, & ineffective advertising. I appreciate everything you have shared so far, and again, I’m looking fwd to diving in head first to absorb what you have in store for us, sounds exciting.

  15. Irfan Rizvi says:

Have enjoyed and really learned a lot from the videos email so far. Am excited to start this project.

  16. Thank you for the input so far. I am a big believer that we must add value to our realtors lives in order to expect reciprocity and a flow of referrals. I want to distinguish myself from the competition, and I know your LO project can give me the template. Thanks again.

  17. Mr. Webber
I have learned a new word today and find if I don’t make a special effort to use new words they escape pretty fast. My new word is “plethora overabundance; an embarrassing excess”
I hope to use the training at The Loan Officer Project to cause a plethora of new clients.
    Larry James Reed

  18. Gregg S says:

OK, I just got 14 major ideas from this video, I cant wait to bring a real web site to the plan!!!

  19. Jeff Fraas says:

Chad, This 5 day training is just what I need to attract new clients via the Internet. I agree with your statistics on online marketing for potential and serious home buyers. Your training and prelaunch videos get me even more excited about what you are going to teach in the 5 day training. I love the grenade video and think it will help me also get some agents to send a few deals my way this month.

  20. Jim P says:

Chad after being in the lending industry for over 25 years and closing thousands of loans and supervising many loan officers as a manager, I am always eager to learn direct response marketing methods that get the fish to chase the boat.
I have never chased realtors with rate sheets and donuts.
I have always recruited realtors and given them pre-qualified borrowers. When I did that they would reciprocate and give me referrals. If they quit giving me referrals, I cut them off.
Most realtors are a dime a dozen, and close one or two loans a month if they are lucky. There are a few that really get it. The key is to find the ones that do. Too many loan officers put realtors on a pedestool. They let the tail wag the dog.
We have the money to fund their transactions.
Another key is showing them “hey this is how I’m different from Harry Numnutz the loan officer down the street”.
The way I do that is great qualified leads to them and great communication and service.
I am looking forward to hearing your ideas on marketing.
    Thanks
    Jim P

  21. Connie Mehler says:

I thought the video was right on point. I am in the process now of marketing to Realtors. Will definitely use the tools learned.

  22. Todd Helmick says:

Video was informing me and remindful of all the different things we can or have done and tried in the past. I only do 1 or 2 of these things and need to do more and follow the success it has seems to have. Good job!!

  23. Alan Eidinger says:

I am looking for a way to attract more motivated, qualified, ready-to-act home buyers and home loan borrowers to my mortgage lending practice. The first order of business is to develop referral relationships with experienced, dedicated Realtors.

Now that the rules of marketing have changed with the advent of social media, etc., I need a way to stand out from the competition and deliver a clear distinct message about the value I represent and the service I provide to the Realtor community and my client database.

  24. g. zeller says:

    I enjoyed this helpful info!

  25. Hollis Miles says:

Will share with my colleagues at work as we tend to begin blogging from a company perspective.

  26. Mark Turcich says:

    As always Chad, very insightful.
    Thanks for all your help.
