I am looking for a way to attract more motivated, qualified, ready-to-act home buyers and home loan borrowers to my mortgage lending practice. The first order of business is to develop referral relationships with experienced, dedicated Realtors.

Now that the rules of marketing have changed with the advent of social media, etc., I need a way to stand out from the competition and deliver a clear distinct message about the value I represent and the service I provide to the Realtor community and my client database.

Video was informing me and remindful of all the different things we can or have done and tried in the past. I only do 1 or 2 of these things and need to do more and follow the success it has seems to have. Good job!!

Chad after being in the lending industry for over 25 years and closing thousands of loans and supervising many loan officers as a manager, I am always eager to learn direct response marketing methods that get the fish to chase the boat.
I have never chased realtors with rate sheets and donuts.
I have always recruited realtors and given them pre-qualified borrowers. When I did that they would reciprocate and give me referrals. If they quit giving me referrals, I cut them off.
Most realtors are a dime a dozen, and close one or two loans a month if they are lucky. There are a few that really get it. The key is to find the ones that do. Too many loan officers put realtors on a pedestool. They let the tail wag the dog.
We have the money to fund their transactions.
Another key is showing them "hey this is how I'm different from Harry Numnutz the loan officer down the street".
The way I do that is great qualified leads to them and great communication and service.
I am looking forward to hearing your ideas on marketing.
Thanks

Chad, This 5 day training is just what I need to attract new clients via the Internet. I agree with your statistics on online marketing for potential and serious home buyers. Your training and prelaunch videos get me even more excited about what you are going to teach in the 5 day training. I love the grenade video and think it will help me also get some agents to send a few deals my way this month.
