Good afternoon and happy day to you.  I&#039;ve been able to locate some outstanding keywords.  It&#039;s amazing that the keywords that I thought would be the most used and applicable were not the ones that I ended up with.

I searched the keywords using the Google Keyword Tool.  It also gave me suggested words.  I sorted it based upon local searches.  It also allowed me to download a spread sheet.  I took this sheet and added two columns to it.

I added a column for competition based upon your example.  I also added a column that where I divided the number of monthly searches by the number of websites that were optimized for that particular keyword.  This gave me a percentage of how many searches to how many websites.  I chose my keywords based upon the higher percentages for searches over 25000 monthly.
