Mortgage Marketing 2011

Let’s Start Off By Putting Our Wallets Away…

You’ve read far too many sales pitches on the topic of mortgage marketing. I created the Loan Officer Project, the 5 day webinar series to teach originators proper mortgage lead generation strategies using the web. Unlike the usual, long winded, hype-filled seminars you’ve likely run across, this event adheres strictly to the following:

- Very little sales talk (If any)

- All information given freely (We don’t hold information hostage)

- By day 5 of the webinar, you know how to market yourself online effectively

I hope you don’t mind if I am very straightforward and blunt here; But this free training is some of the best marketing instruction available to you. Have a look at some of the topics covered:

- How to find hundreds of new interested prospects each month without spending a dime

- Using Google to generate leads (Not Pay Per Click!)

- A simple method to get the high producing Realtors to speak with you

- How to get a website setup that actually generates leads (Not a pre-built template site)

This is just the very tip of the ice-berg. SEO, lead capture, email marketing… All of this is covered during the Loan Officer Project. In St. Louis last month, I found that there were more than 19,000 searches online for St Louis mortgage loan officers. In Atlanta and Chicago, there were nearly twice that number of searches.

What we teach during the Loan Officer Project, is how to take advantage of those searches, and drive them to you. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a reliable new source of business? If you’re ready to take your mortgage lead generation efforts to the next level, then fill in the short form below to get an email invitation to our next 30 minute “Pre-Training” webinar:

Mortgage Lead Generation Registration Form:

* required  – We hate spam as much as you do. Your information will not be sold in any way, shape, or form…

Want to hear from others who have attended the Loan Officer Project 5 day training, or even our 30 minute Pre-Training call? (All of these comments and testimonials can be found right here on this blog – Check the comments section!) Have a look:

Thank you for the input so far. I am a big believer that we must add value to our realtors lives in order to expect reciprocity and a flow of referrals. I want to distinguish myself from the competition, and I know your LO project can give me the template. Thanks again.

Chad, I’m excited to get started in the LO Project, so far your info has beeen right on target. Like most of us, I’ve spent literally thousands of dollars with different lead generation systems, realtor chasing, & ineffective advertising. I appreciate everything you have shared so far, and again, I’m looking fwd to diving in head first to absorb what you have in store for us, sounds exciting.

Chad,
Great imagery and concept. Thanks. You are exactly right, I’ve been beating my head against the wall for a long time now.
I am signed up for the LO Project beginning on March 3rd. Is there something you are doing separate from that as mentioned in the video or were you teasing for the LO Project?
Anyway, I am looking forward to the website presence and search engine placement. I want to be able to use that as leverage with the top producing RE agents. I want to be able to take “approved” buyer referrals to those I pick and choose.
Thanks again for this opportunity.

Comments and video very much to the point. First task is to get past the gate keeper then be casual as you wander around office trolling for someone to chat with. Very difficult to rise above the crowd clamoring at the gate.
Looking forward to the sessions as I do both forward and Reverse. Prospects at opposite ends of spectrum so to speak. Different markets. I will be interesting to explore how my goals can be accomplished.
Keep the good stuff coming.

After going through Chad’s course I have learned to remain very open minded. I never would have thought that i could get my site to the first page of Google but i did. Let’s just say that i am willing to try most anything Chad says will work.

I have really re-started my campaigns with realtors again after a blistering refinance year last year. What I have found is amazing. There are many realtors who are desperately looking for someone competent to partner with. They are frustrated with your competition and just want someone they can count on. The relationship forged in these trying times will be the ones that endure as long as you remain committed to raising the bar of our amazing industry. Thanks for this post.

It is definitely overwhelming to learn about all of these new online marketing avenues, especially to implement effectively in the beginning. Thank goodness I have a membership to Loan Officer Marketing Lab to guide me through these things step by step. It’s the best collection of hands-on material I’ve ever seen, and blows away the “tips” you get with LTB.

I recently reached out to an email past client list of what I consider to be my top 100 advocates. I emailed that I needed their help to build my online messaging and asked if they would call me at their convenience to take a short survey. I was amazed that 62% responded and were very willing to give their input. This was the best time I have invested in my 25 years in the mortgage business. Email marketing definitely works to the right targeted audience.

Chad, we have now completed day 4 of the training, this is awesome, exciting information! This invaluable training will allow me to share real mortgage 411 (information) with those who need it most, the consumer at large. I will also now have an additional avenue to separate myself from other mortgage originators.

Chad,
This material is awesome. Just wanted to let you know that when you offered the last training I had just moved here and I missed the final three days of the training. But, I implemented the first two days and within a month, without any content on my site I had 158 visitors but I didn’t even rank on the first page of Google. A month later I added three posts and in TWO DAYS I ranked seventh on the front page for my search terms (27,000 searches a month for the terms) — two days later, with no more posts, I’m fourth!
All I can say is this training works, thank you.

Best,
Jeff Kuns.

Chad,
Thank you so much. This stuff really works. I created a website in July to test your theory and I was number 1 on google for 28 days with only a title page. Over 4000 hits and no site. I should have made it all the way and gotten the leads I desired. Now I am working on my site and doing all I can to make it of value.

Thanks
Carl

Thanks!

Thanks. Have known about SEO for more then two years. Kept looking for someone to put it together for me. Knew I needed to have a better personal understanding or I would be wasting my marketing dollars like I have when I purchased leads.
The five day Loan Officer Project training session is intense and packed with so much information that I knew I was only going to understanding about 20% of what I was hearing. Starting day four this morning and spent the morning reviewing videos from the first three days. The videos are a great refresher of information, I realized I had missed alot of material but the videos brought it back and allowed me to go back and finish tasks I had left half done. I feel that now I am about 80% there and working to get the rest of the way.
Chad your sessions are great for people like me that need to understand web based marketing instead of just leaving that activity to some IT person or a company that wants to sell me a canned website for a monthly fee.
Thanks for the ability to generate a million hits

This training series kicks. I’ve been totally resistant to blogging (kicking and screaming) while paying good money for a “commercial” site that did nothing for me. Now I have a site I’m proud of, is simple, customers like it, and the content actually evolves. NH Home Mortgage would never have existed without this Project.

Chad,
What can I say, but THANK YOU! I appreciate your willingness to help me get my new site going. I learned more about internet marketing in the 5 hrs of calls then I will ever be able to apply. Your training is beneficial and a must for any loan originator that wants to use the internet to market.
