Welcome Back – Hope you all had a wonderful Fathers Day weekend! This morning I’m interviewing a member of the Loan Officer Marketing Lab has has gone from 0 leads generated online, to an estimated 60 – 70% of his closings coming from the web. All the more impressive when you consider that all of this happened within just a few short months.

Listen to this video very closely. I want you to read between the lines a bit here as well to really get to the heart of what Chris is saying. YOU and only you have the power to make this marketing plan work for you. So many loan officers sit around and wait for some outside force to influence their careers, when the reality of the situation is that you already have the means to be a success within you – All you need is decisive action!

Put it this way… What if I were to to give 1,000 loan officers the exact same training, the exact same tools, and the exact same leads, and then let them loose on the same state? Would they all come back with the same amount of closings?

Of course not! The results would be as varied as all the stuff I find under my couch when I go searching for lost car keys! Why is this?   4. This video basically says forget what you think you know. SEO has changed so much that even the so-called experts that you pay lots of money don’t know how to do it right because their knowledge is dated too! Looking forward to the Training Chad!

    This is the wave of the future … Google, Yahoo and MSN pull listings from these data bases and post them on their search engines for consumers to find. It is based on relevance.

    Fact: 90% of Americans that use the internet are using Search Engines Google, Yahoo,and MSN. There are over 53 search engines on the internet, but these are the most popular ones. Obviously, Google being number one.

    Fact: The majority of those users will do business with the first relevant companies they see on the first page.

    Fact: 17% of Americans move every year, needing new services when they have reached their new location, for instance locations of doctors, restaurants, lawn
    services, painters, tutoring services, and yes MORTGAGE COMPANIES, REALTORS, etc.

    Fact: The local market is growing faster than the yellow pages. It is the fastest and least expensive way to get business exposure.

    We are living in an age where everyone wants it fast and now. This is so amazing what we will be learning through Chad because it is also a known fact that the company selected from google searches are the ones listed on the top front page … EYE LEVEL … we are living in a very fast pace society, no one wants to wait any longer … they want it now. Lets give it to them!!! Yes!!!
