By admin

All the world is A’ Twitter… Yep, you can’t go anywhere without hearing about one of the big name social network sites. FaceBook, Twitter, MySpace… Lots of chatter about using these sites as a marketing tool, but very few trainers address the real story behind the scenes of how to use these sites as marketing tools.

Mortgage marketing sure is evolving. In today’s video we cover what you need to know, and follow up this information with a downloadable guide: 3 Unbreakable Rules of Social Media Marketing. (Click the link)

    Chad-
These are such great tools- I’m presenting the Loan Officer Project at our weekly staff meeting this morning so the other LO’s in our office can benefit. I’m also setting aside two hors a day for the rest of the week to call realtors and get permission to send them the newsletter – I’ll report back with the responses I get. I’m well aware of the potential in network marketing tools- three of my deals in the last two months have come from Facebook contacts- I can’t wait to make it a more robust tool in my marketing campaign. This is so exciting- it’s EXACTLY what I needed at this early stage of my career.

  3. Keith Avery says:

Chad-Amazing! I just joined Facebook and sent you a message. Fireworks went off this morning in my head as I watched Day 3 on Social Networking. All of a sudden I get it! BLAM! Used properly, Social Networking on the Web provides very powerfull tools to reach well beyond ordinary. Used intelligently they provide access to incredible potential.
I will be moving in 2 years 1500 miles from my current market area and see these tools paving the way and saving me enormous time in developing contact in the new market. Using the tools now effectively will have dual purpose succes in 2009 and beyond. The Web is critical to my success now and in the Future.
    Thanks
    Keith Avery

Todays video on social media mmortgage marketing is an eye opener for me. I am about to embark into a totally new marketing venture and I am so excited. I really hope to be one of the 75 los to get this web site becaise I* intend to be a poster child of success in this new marketing horizon. Every day, I review the info from the day before and I am up at 6am to do so. I can’t wait until tomorrow to see what’s next. I am one of those you talk about whose business went totally flat because my business was 90% refi and I will never let that happen again.

  5. admin says:

    Hello Chad,

I already have my profiles on some of the social marketing sites and did so for the backlinks to my website. I am sure it can be used for a lot more and appreciate the information provided. Look forward to working with you.

  7. Ken Soileau says:

  9. Absolutely eye opening stuff. I consider myself a tech savvy LO but there’s some brilliant stuff in the video that hadn’t even crossed my mind. Using Social Media like an extension of my data base, man… thats golden.
I’m promoting a real estate CE class and so far i’ve just been pounding the pavement and fighting brutal gate keepers to get my message out. I think i’ve been doing this the hard way!

    Thanks Chad

  10. Paul Warkow says:

After watching the videos, I am really excited. By the way, how is this different than Loan Officer 2.0 and setting up the blog to drive business to you?

  11. Chad
All I can say is WOW WOW WOW.
I have a twitter acccount and have been using it wrong I have really been marketing on it rather than doing what you suggest. I think it may be important to get into a dialog with my members and ask them questions to get an interchange started, what do you think? If you keep this up and each day is better than the last by the end of the week you will have us all standing on top of the world!!!!!!

  12. Hi Chad, It has been great meeting you through social networking! Follow me, and you will find all kinds of interesting thoughts! Being a woman, I have been asking for help though these sites. It has had a little success.

  13. I had no idea these websites ( Facebook, Twitter, etc ) offered much to loan officers or anyone else in sales. I thought they were teen sites and didn’t offer much. I stand corrected for the narrow – mindedness. Thank you for enlightening me on another useable tool.

  14. Thanks Chad,

I enjoyed your Video and would like the opportunity to Join your Training Class. I feel the reason why I would like to join your group is because I need a step by step process and mentor to show me how to expose my business more. I do feel I have a lot to offer people because of my honesty ,integrity and knowledge of the Mortgage Business.

Once again Thanks and Thanks for the opportunity to help
75 people grow and make things happen, In today’s times.

  15. Daphne Burris says:

Day 3 is really good content. After being in the mortgage banking business for many, many, many years, it just shows that everything is constantly changing and you must keep up to maintain and grow your market share.

    I “FCLN”
    I “Follow Directions”
    I “Comment”
    I “Learn”
    I “NEED” (the free website)

    Great Stuff!!!!

  16. Chris A says:

I love the thought of updating clients @twitter. Lets see how it works!!!

  17. I have several websites and a blog. I’m very into marketing on the web and social networking, but I’m doing too much and I’m all over the place. I need to become more efficient and I have a lot to learn. I can’t wait to get started, although I feel as if I already have, there is so much on your blog. I have a facebook account with 4 business pages, but I don’t get it. For some reason, I have a problem figuring out how to really make Facebook work for me. I’m very active on LinkedIn and Twitter, but I need to work up a strategy to make all of these social networking sites work together in the same direction for the same purpose. I use Google Analytics for several of my sites, but I know I’m not understanding all of it. I don’t even know what “bounce” means. If I sound frustrated and overwhelmed, I am, but I think this group of 75 will be great and I can’t wait! Thank you Chad, for your generosity in sharing so much great information.

  18. Wow after watching this Vid I spent a little time cleaning up my Face Book Profile. It dawned on me “gosh what a hodge podge mess!” I look forward to the training to see how to do it right to make it a component of my overall marketing.

  19. Kyle D Jan says:

    Chad,
I continue to be amazed at the information that you share for free at the loan officer marketing lab. While some may say that they already knew all these keys to successful internet marketing, I will be honest and say that I knew nothing until participating in your free marketing workshop. Thank you for all your time and help on my new website.

    Kyle

  20. Paul Hammond says:

Great session. I’m using Facebook with some success. It just takes discipline for me to stay on top of it.

  21. John Mogannam says:

That is pretty good stuff. I am getting back into the business after a little over a year break. Without much of a database, I needed a place to start. Social will definitly be 1 tool in the chest. up until now, i had no idea how to market with FB and Twitter. I don’t knwo when you are doing the one week of training, but i would like in.
