OK, you got my attention! I was dithering over spending $1500 with a Jumla devotee to start from scratch or $1800 with a developer to do a custom site imbedding my blogs and have been cruising the ‘mortgage’ sites for months. (They all look extremely cookie cutter to me–yuck). So, given my current 5 page baby and blogs have gotten me into positive google land, what I need now is to lift my game. FORTUNATLEY FOR ME I have good taste and can write so if you guys make the site part hum….well, I’m IN!(can’t wait for the before and after stats)

I just got to your site today from TBWS. WOW, you have great info! I’ve been in Loan Origination for 2 years now and I’ve tried a couple different things, namely Constant Contact news letter systems. I loved the tracking system, but could never get my “readership” to click through so tracking was useless.

Now my online presence exists of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and a couple others. All of them are great, but I can’t get NEW blood into my networks without employing bots and that just feels like cheating.

I like how your emphasis is on doing and posting that which the consumers are searching for, making my own site easier and more comprehensible to find and read.

I’m reading through (and watching) posts from earlier this week as well and your info is dynamic. Hope I can get it working for my self soon. I purchase domain names, then realized I have NO IDEA how to fill them and make them start working. So I’m looking forward to getting some practical knowledge now.

I knew nothing about websites, blogging, Social networking, backlinks, etc.; and simply followed the directions without getting into “analysis paralysis”. I didn’t care at the time, “how it work”.
