Where The Heck Have I been?
BySorry, sorry, sorry… I’ve been neglecting my blog posting duties on the Lab haven’t I? Since I love posting on this blog so much, what could have been so important to keep me from posting for over a month? Well, as many of you now, I’ve been adding new training modules to the Loan Officer Marketing Lab.
We finally launched Loan Officer 2.0! Setting up the site, the videos, the training modules and more has kept me a busy man! You can see the results of all this hard work at www.loanofficermarketinglab.com/mortgagemarketing
So far we have members landing on page 1 of Google left and right! To make things even better, we’ve seen over 3 dozen members already close loans from leads they self generated using these new online marketing strategies. Very exciting stuff! Go check it out. I’m very excited about what loan officers are accomplishing by using the web as a marketing tool.

I signed on around April 3 or early the week after and followed all the 7 videos in phase 1 of Loan Officer 2.0; and I have to tell you. I’m not a techie guy, but I followed it to the letter and my domain as of today ( April 28, 2009); is in the number 1 spot on Google when you enter “inland empire financing”. I don’t even have any comment, realtor, or profile pages added yet and I haven’t started phase 2 yet. This was fun and reliable. Thanks again. Mark Richards
