I've decided to call and email them on their birthday this year. The last 2 people I've called this year on their birthday, we've talked for a few minutes about their financial plans, etc. It's also a great time to confirm that they're receiving my drip emails too. It's so easy- why didn't I do this the last several years. No telling how many loans I missed.
